housewife to artist, and back again. The old iron bridge at the West Fork was dismantled years ago.
The West Fork bridge, with a deck, was the site of my first, and thus far, only wedding. At first I thought it might be a bad omen, but the marriage endures. A few pieces of the old bridge still exist as a stair rail in my store.

Love your super-saturated rainy day colors.
Hooray for the marriage.
For sure, everything's super saturated now. But, I'm a north country lake lover, my people were from the fens of Finland. I do like it damp.
damp (and happy) here, too, these last few days. the bridge photos, your bridge, i mean, are wonderful.
Love these photos, colors and textures. Agree, hooray for the marriage.
Kathy, ha,ha. Poor old long suffering marriage, it must be true love after all!
