The weave in front of the window is a linen and japanese paper yarn panel, with some long pieces of Big bluestem native prairie grass woven across every 5 inches. I wove it on the old barn loom. It is a Finnish transparency weave, or my version of that

What a lovely place to work! As always, the work is beautiful.
Thanks. I might just be turning into a morning person. It is a wonderful privilege, any day I get to be an artist again
The loom picture with the sunlight streaming in gently is perfect - just perfect and peaceful.
Beautiful loom and room to 'play' in!! Did you weave the 'window skirt'?
