mutsu

It's apple time here again in the valley. Which is also the time when the  Big Dipper hangs up high in the northern sky at night when I walk back from the workshop. Last night I saw my breath in the moonlight.  The wood man, Andy, just brought a truck load of fire wood, and every evening a cricket chirps somewhere in the living room .  Not that I'm looking to roust it out.  Crickets in the house must bring good fortune? Or, a lenient housekeeper is a happier woman, and that is fortunate.

Jude, I used to think whippoorwills were too persistent, and now we never hear them, and I do miss them

susan, that weaving is wonderful. the edge, the one that is twill right above the fringe knots? sublime.

This is such a beautiful piece, I hope you're as thrilled with it as I am.

Meg, thank you. I am happy with what I've been weaving lately. I've been pushing myself a little bit harder, trying to figure out what it is I really want to see. I know you think about the same things, and your already beautiful weaves keep getting better
