At work

Our sturdy little town plow truck does it again.  I'm at work on a new scarf warp, calculating and winding on to my little Norwood studio loom.  The threads this time are silk, 16/2 Bockens Swedish cotton, and tencel.  The design, Finnish Birds Eye, a diamond twill.   My spool rack is the side of our old baby crib.

that truck looks like a toy in the photo somehow. :) I like it when you say you are working because I love to see what you do.

Love the color of that truck! And the little peek of your work table. A good day to stay inside and work!

Peg: Wisconsin.
Marchi: Our town truck does look like a toy. When my son was little he had a toy town truck, with a sand spreader, and a snow plow. He plowed my Chinese rug down the seam so many times, that it is very worn. Kathryn: the color is a good color I call implement orange.
