Happy New (Color) Year

We might not have snow today, but there's a world of color.  The low slant of sunlight in the afternoon is something wonderful that I miss in the summer.  The last cardinals peck black sunflower seeds, everything gold-washed.

Still enamored of my Kokka fabric by Melody Miller, the pin bag on the laundry door, and the linen I dyed green-gold.  New black and blue wristwarmers,  woven yesterday, washed, brushed and ready to wear.  Everyone have a good New Year, all the way through.

Lucky you! We had ice last night. I nearly had to belly crawl across the footbridge this morning!

I've always coveted that clothespin bag and your color sense too - by the way. Happy, Healthy, Colorful New Year to you!
