Magic in the morning

Terry & Jean live up on the ridge, 1.2 mi as the crow flies, and we do have crows flying, from our place in the valley. Terry has been sending me some pictures of the sunrise on the ridge for the past few days, to encourage me to rise and meet the day, since it is hours before the sun will rise down here.

To be neighborly I wanted to return the favor, so ventured out with my camera. What I found was so magical, I nearly got my foot wet. That is a little patch of watercress that could still be picked....

Beautiful. I'm so jealous stuck here in Metro Detroit...

Brittany, you would like this little creek, it's only 6" deep and it runs year round, from a little spring in the hill. I love it. I moved here from Detroit almost 30 years ago. I'm always happy to see what you are working on as an art student there.

I would love that creek. I used to live by a creek when I was little. I loved it.

That was a good move! I'll be posting all of my final stuff tonight :)
