Weaving linen transparency pieces with Finnish paper yarn and Habu sprigged yarn is a diet I could live on. It's all air, and windows, and crisp paper, with a plain weave linen crust.
Spring has taken the territory at last. Everything looks like a weave to me. Late afternoon sun slides in, shadows stretch, tree trunk, and stream, interweave with path, budding cherry branches and the foot bridge.

Isn't it joyous that what we love surrounds us, especially when we are open to receiving it. I so much love these pieces, their airiness and beauty truly speak of spring.
Joanne, it seemsimpossible not to catch a spring buzz
This is just gorgeous, the flowers are amazing!
hey, Amanda! Thank you so much.
I discovered your blog tonight and read it with great interest. I am a weaver and rug hooker and wondered about your source for wool fabric that you dyed and wove with.
