I'm sometimes surprised to discover the source of the design I'm weaving. What I'm reminded of as I weave can be maddeningly elusive, like a song, or word, or image I'm on the cusp of remembering. Most of the time, it stays a mystery.
And then I saw, high in the sky, another scraggly vee, squawking trailing , headed east. It might be impossible to know exactly where we snag our images from.
Patrice, you sent me the inspiration of how the light comes in your beautiful room, and the low clouds, and surf of the North Sea, and shells. So beautiful. At first, I was almost paralyzed. I'm so happy you like the table cloth. And thank you for the pictures and post on your blog.
Lori ann, thanks for visiting. The SW part of Wisconsin is very hilly, rural, with lots of springs and creeks, I love to live by water, and I am a Midwesterner at heart. This is a good place

Beautiful. Reminds me of fly stitch.
You have so much talent. Your weaves are so perfectly balanced, calm, and beautiful. I love this little dark V, so poetic...
