I needed some new summer counter cards. The sun print kits I'd ordered to sell in the store arrrived, so it seemed like a good distraction for me. The small Chinese scissors, I also sell here, seemed like an appropriate image for the workshop, and the store. I laid them on a print paper to expose them 2 minutes in sun, then put the print paper in the creek for a few minutes to develop the image. Later I scan it, and make a little card, and a new bag label, too.

I've always wanted to try this, next time I come in I'll have to purchase a kit. They are so beautiful.
sun prints, I used to think they were lame, but now I love them...maybe I'm more easily amused
